Giving Back
Our roots in Memphis run deep, and so does our commitment to the people and communities that make this city home.
For more than four decades, we’ve proudly partnered with Richland Elementary as the longest-serving corporate adopter in Memphis’ Adopt-a-School program. What began 41 years ago has grown into a meaningful, ongoing relationship, with our teams showing up year after year to support students and staff through hands-on involvement, from volunteering at field day to serving as testing proctors and celebrating student growth through “Most Improved” pizza parties.
We’ve also expanded our impact through our partnership with Junior Achievement of Memphis & the Mid-South. In 2023, we joined BizTown, a simulated city designed to give students real-world exposure to business. Through this experience, our associates help bring the world of real estate and property management to life, giving students a glimpse into future possibilities and the skills to pursue them.
